Pilates & Yoga
We invite you to take some space at The Floating Front Room to prioritise rest and movement in a series of meditative and active wellbeing sessions, hosted by Impact4Life. These drop-in sessions will be starting at 10am, on selected Sundays over the next few months at South Loop Park, Rotton Park Street, Birmingham B16 0AE.
Sunday 1st August at 10am – Meditation / Mindfulness (45mins)
Sunday 22nd August at 10am – Total Body Workout (45mins)
Sunday 12th September at 10am – Stretch & Tone (30mins)
Sunday 26th September at 10am – Pilates & Yoga (45mins)
There is no need to book onto the sessions as they will be open for you to join on the day, however there will be a limited number of spaces available so please come down a little early to avoid disappointment.

Safe + Well
Officially all restrictions were lifted as of Monday 19th July, but to keep ourselves and others safe we would recommend keeping physically distanced during the sessions.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell in order to keep yourself and others safe and well.
