Break Bread: Habit Stacking

To live as neighbours and organise together safely and comfortably we need to find ways to nurture respect for one another across our differences, designing ways to express ourselves and to listen.

Break Bread at our weekly online community lunch, a space of meeting, connecting, sharing and celebration through which the collective identities of our neighbourhoods can be explored together.

Hosted by the CIVIC SQUARE team and friends from across the neighbourhood, each week there will be a different topic or question posed, so bring along your food or a cuppa, and your curiosity and join the conversation.

If you’d like to host one of these relaxed sessions, drop us a message to hello@thefrontroom.cc

Habit Stacking

In today’s Break Bread, David will be sharing an outline of how habit stacking works. What is the value in having a routine? What is the routine you have become accustomed to during lockdown? Is it much different to the routine you had pre lockdown?

Join David as he hosts a conversation on the value or routine, our current routines and what habits we have added to those routines and what habits we might like to add in the future.
